Evening Commercial Cleaner - Fox Valley Area

About the Opportunity:
CB Cleaning Solutions is a locally owned commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable evening cleaner to join our growing commercial cleaning team serving businesses throughout Outagamie & Winnebago Counties. We value reliability, communication, and quality over rushing through jobs, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.

Job Details

• Empty trash & replace liners
• Dust horizontal surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Not an exhaustive list, scope to be provided per building

Schedule

• Monday-Friday Evenings (Saturday/Sunday possible)
• Typically between 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Starting at approximately 10–15 hours per week with opportunities to add additional accounts and grow into a larger consistent schedule.

Pay

• Paid training
• Pay Rate Starts at $20/hr
• Paid weekly
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Paid Travel Between Jobs
• Performance review after 90 days with opportunities for additional hours and pay increases

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Cleaning experience preferred

Perfect for someone looking for dependable evening income. Most shifts are completed independently in quiet office environments after business hours. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term relationship with our company. Reliability and communication are more important to us than previous cleaning experience. Cleaning experience is helpful but we're happy to train the right person.
