Evening Dining Room Team Member

We’re looking for a great Dining Room Host/Hostess!

Our Host/Hostess role is for individuals who have strong people skills and a desire to make a difference in the lives of those they come in contact with. These Host/Hostesses are friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and hard working. Our Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role in the dining room by delivering exceptional first-mile service through maintaining a clean and friendly environment - attending to tables, chairs, booths, floors, and trash removal - while also engaging in second-mile service by fostering meaningful guest interactions, conversations, and providing personal table touch-ins to refresh beverages, clear trays, offer fresh ground pepper and many more ways to show proactive hospitality.

Shifts for our hospitality specialists typically fall within our busiest periods. Candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional heavy lifting (10-30 lbs.) We are looking forward to meeting interested candidates!

Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task and work well independently or in a team
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry over 20 lbs and stand for long periods

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 / hour
