Overview:

Txtur is a hospitality-driven furniture showroom paired with an upscale dining experience. The Ambassador is the first and most important touchpoint of the evening—responsible not only for welcoming guests, but for identifying intent, guiding the experience, and ensuring every interaction is captured and carried forward through our systems.

This is not a passive host role. The Ambassador operates as both a hospitality lead and a light sales coordinator, helping convert in-person traffic into meaningful relationships, opportunities, and future business.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (luxury or design-oriented preferred)
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, organized, and proactive in guest engagement
• Comfortable learning and operating within multiple systems (Shopify, OpenTable, HubSpot)
• Able to read situations quickly and adapt tone/approach accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Flow Management:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests entering the space
• Quickly assess guest intent (dining, retail, browsing, or both)
• Guide guests into the appropriate experience with confidence and clarity
• Maintain awareness of the room and support overall flow of service

Sales Awareness & Brand Representation:

• Speak confidently about Txtur’s furniture, materials, and services
• Introduce the brand naturally within conversation—not in a forced or transactional way
• Identify opportunities to escalate interest to a Designer when appropriate
• Support light retail transactions when needed

CRM & Guest Capture (Critical Function):

• Ensure key guest interactions are captured through the CRM system
• Assist in collecting guest information through structured methods (forms, QR, direct input)
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in guest data entry
• Flag high-potential clients, project inquiries, and repeat visitors
• Support the broader team by feeding clear, usable information into the pipeline

Operations & System Execution:

• Operate across multiple systems (Shopify, OpenTable, HubSpot)
• Support call-in inquiries and basic guest communication
• Assist with seating coordination and light service support as needed
• Follow defined processes rather than improvising—consistency is key
