Evening Urgent Care / Nursing Facility

We are looking for a committed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in nursing homes and other facilities, delivering complex chronic care management and addressing hospital-level emergencies. Conduct acute provider visits, requested by patients or facility staff, totaling 3-5 hours per evening, usually 5p-9p, with flexibility.

Call coverage from 5pm to 7am. Primary day call coverage is covered by the day provider. Secondary call coverage is covered by other remote Utah providers. Vacation coverage is easily arranged.

One weekend of call per month (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.). In-person visits are required from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call duties when not in the building.

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per day
