Evening Wellness Coordinator

Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings + Rotating Saturdays)

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Divine Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics is a holistic wellness clinic blending Chinese medicine, functional medicine, and modern aesthetic services. We offer acupuncture, aesthetic treatments, sauna, salt room therapy, and our signature cellular therapy lounge. Our mission is to help clients feel grounded, restored, and truly well from the inside out.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, warm, and sales-minded Evening Wellness Coordinator to support clinic operations during evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, wellness-focused environment but can also confidently guide clients into services that support their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a welcoming, professional presence
• Manage check-out process, payments, and scheduling
• Answer phone calls, texts, and basic client inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful clinic environment
• Close the office at the end of the shift
• Assist in running “hands-off” wellness services, including:
• Infrared sauna
• Salt room sessions
• Divine Cellular Therapy Lounge
• Educate clients on services and confidently recommend add-ons and packages

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with upselling and recommending services
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable and able to work independently during evening hours
• Interest in holistic health, wellness, or aesthetics

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or medical office
• Familiarity with scheduling software (Acuity experience is a plus)
