Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to support our team. This role will focus on assisting with event coordination, marketing tasks, and basic social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be proactive in client outreach, setting up appointments and handling preliminary client meetings. She will also assist with event logistics and make meaningful contributions to our The role involves engaging with top corporates and 5-star hotels, managing client relationships, and helping boost our online presence.

Job Descriptipn

Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up regularly to build and maintain relationships, especially with corporate clients and 5-star hotels.

Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and liaising with vendors and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.

Social Media: Create engaging posts and visuals to enhance brand presence across social media platforms. Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and drives client engagement.

Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, appointment scheduling, and social media performance. Analyze data to make informed adjustments and optimize strategies for better results.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing or social media managementGood communication skills

Basic design skills (Canva, Inshorts, Filmora etc)

Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
