Position: Event Broker / Event Agent
Salary plus Commission

Role Overview

An Event Broker (Event Agent) acts as the key link between clients and event service providers. This role involves sourcing venues, vendors, entertainers, sponsors, and partners, and negotiating deals on behalf of clients. The Event Broker ensures clients receive the best options, prices, and event solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients looking for event services.
  • Negotiate pricing and packages with vendors and partners.
  • Ensure fair contracts and agreements for both clients and service providers.
  • Coordinate legal and financial terms if required.

Event Coordination Support

  • Facilitate communication between clients and vendors.
  • Ensure all parties understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with bookings, confirmations, and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, talent agencies, and event partners.
