The Role

We are looking for energetic and organized Sales & Office Coordinators to join our foundational team. If you possess a strong command of English, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply and grow with us.

The successful candidates will manage crucial administrative and sales-support functions, reporting directly to Management.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a dynamic range of tasks essential to our daily operations:

• Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, tele-sales, customer meetings, and other sales-related activities.
• Office Administration: Manage general office tasks and provide administrative support for both indoor and outdoor activities.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Excel.

Role Segmentation:

• Male Candidates: Responsibilities will include both In-office and Field-based tasks.
• Female Candidates: Responsibilities will primarily focus on In-office tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Communication: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for professional business correspondence.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data management.
• Conveyance (Mandatory for Male Candidates): Must possess a personal motorbike for official field visits.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Model: On-site (Remote work is not available)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Plot No: D 18-II, Ground Floor, Block 5 (Nehr-e-Khayyam Street), Karachi, Pakistan.
• Benefits: Fuel Allowance of Rs. 12 per kilometer (applicable to male candidates for official business visits).
