Job Title: Event Coordinator – Sterling Perfumes IndustriesDepartment: Marketing / Brand ActivationLocation: Dubai, UAEReports To: Marketing Manager / Brand ManagerJob Summary:

The Event Coordinator will support Sterling Perfumes in planning, executing, and managing brand-driven events such as product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns. The role requires strong creativity, brand understanding, and coordination skills to ensure premium event delivery aligned with Sterling Perfumes' standards.

Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution

  • Assist in planning and organizing brand events, fragrance & cosmetic launches, trade fairs, and exhibitions (e.g., Beautyworld, Gulfood, etc.).
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, stand design, branding materials, and product displays.
  • Manage event timelines, task lists, and on-ground execution to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Support in creating event concepts, themes, and product presentation layouts.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, fabrication teams, and printing vendors for booths, branding, giveaways, and installations.
  • Obtain quotations, compare budgets, and coordinate approvals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all event-related materials.

Branding & Product Display

  • Work closely with the in-house design and 3D teams for booth visuals, branding artworks, and event creatives.
  • Ensure correct product arrangement, props setup, and premium brand presentation at all events.
  • Coordinate samples, testers, and product stock for event activations.

Internal Coordination

  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align event objectives.
  • Prepare event briefs, schedules, and communication updates for internal departments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for product movement and event materials.

Budget & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing event budgets and maintain expense trackers.
  • Prepare pre- and post-event reports, performance insights, and improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain a database of vendors, assets, and event inventories.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or brand activations (FMCG/Perfume/Cosmetics preferred).
  • Experience handling trade shows, brand events, or marketing activations in the UAE.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of booth design basics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
