Event Coordinator cum Supervisor (female Arabic speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Supervise event staff and ensure smooth on-site operations
• Handle client communication in Arabic and English
• Ensure high-quality guest experience and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor event budgets, schedules, and logistics
• Prepare reports and maintain event documentation
