Event Coordinator Intern - Tamheer Program | Riyadh, KSA

We are looking for an Event Coordinator Intern to join our team through the Tamheer Program (HRDF).

In this role, you will help us showcase our innovative lighting projects and products by coordinating exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events. This is a hands-on opportunity to see how professional lighting solutions are presented to the world, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating lighting exhibitions, project showcases, and corporate events.
• Vendor Management: Support communication with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality event setups.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Help manage event timelines and the logistics of transporting lighting equipment and display units.
• On-site Support: Assist with on-site event setup, ensuring our lighting solutions are displayed and functioning perfectly.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between our internal technical teams, clients, and event partners.

• Nationality: Saudi National.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Tamheer Eligibility: Must be currently unemployed for at least 6 months and have not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: A proactive attitude and a strong interest in event management and innovative technology.
• Location: Based in Riyadh.
