Event Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent space planning skills, and a passion for transforming concepts into stunning event experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and our production team to conceptualize, design, and execute unique themed décor and event setups that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design stages, ceilings, lounges, and thematic décor for a variety of events.
• Develop mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visuals using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Coordinate closely with production and styling teams to ensure flawless on-ground execution.
• Source and finalize materials required for event décor.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful designs.
• Stay updated on current design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Event Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
• Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency in relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• A genuine passion for events and hands-on problem solving.
