Position Summary

As an Event Designer at , you will be responsible for growing the business by maintaining relationships with your clients and obtaining new business. This is not a typical 9-5 role and requires dedication and tenacity. As an engaged Event Designer, you will be responsible for attending events outside of business hours as well as setting up and attending client meetings for prospective new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively keep in touch with your clients to ensure they are booking events often and early and are aware of current specials & new products and services.
  • Set up and attend meetings with prospective clients.
  • Create quotes and contracts for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with outside vendors.
  • Create site maps and day-of plans for events.
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients and outside vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Google Business Suite and Canva
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and large events
  • Bachelor's degree in business other related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or event management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
