About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced Event Director to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of world-class events across the region. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about producing memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events from concept to completion.

· Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

· Build and lead cross-functional teams of event managers, vendors, and freelancers.

· Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) and external partners.

· Ensure every event aligns with brand standards and delivers measurable results.

· Oversee all on-site activities and act as the main point of contact during events.

· Evaluate event performance and report outcomes with actionable insights.

· Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Experience is mandatory in the events industry.

· Proven track record of delivering successful corporate and/or large-scale events.

· Strong leadership, budgeting, negotiation, and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

· Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

· Proficiency in event planning tools and platforms.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
