Event / Exhibition Production Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Event / Exhibition Production Supervisor to oversee the planning, setup, and execution of exhibition stands, events, and activations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production teams, vendors, and on-site operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all production activities for events and exhibitions from setup to dismantling.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee site preparation, logistics, and materials handling.
• Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets and report project progress to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in event or exhibition production supervision.
• Strong technical and practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• UAE experience and driving license preferred.

Education:

Diploma or ITI in Civil / Interior Designing or Equivalent technical qualification.
