Event & Exhibitions Specialist

Job Summary:

Event & Exhibitions Specialist is responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, and management of company booths during real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. This role ensures smooth execution of events, effective representation of the brand, and optimal engagement with potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage the setup of company booths at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Ensure all marketing materials, displays, and equipment are properly prepared, arranged, and presented in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of booths.
• Supervise booth staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure professional and courteous interactions with visitors.
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials, giveaways, and sales kits, ensuring proper distribution during events.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during events to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
• Track and report on event performance, leads generated, and visitor engagement for management review.
• Support post-event activities, including booth dismantling, material storage, and documentation of lessons learned for future events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations throughout event participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing events, exhibitions, or trade show booths, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with clients.
• Ability to handle physical setup and management of booths, including lifting and arranging marketing materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering a professional brand image.
