Role Overview​

We are looking for a Floral Designer/ Florist who is passionate about creating spectacular floral artistry.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong floral styling skills. You will be responsible for creating imaginitivie and romantic floral event settings for weddings and proposals.

This role involves driving to events, working closely with clients, managing on-site logistics, and solving challenges under pressure to deliver flawless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Driving to and from events

Coordinate and set up luxury proposal events according to our high standards.

Design and arrange floral décor for each event.

Communicate with clients to understand their vision and ensure an exceptional experience.

Handle last-minute changes and provide creative solutions to any issues that arise.

Manage event timelines, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain high attention to detail to ensure the setup aligns with the client’s expectations and brand aesthetics.

Breakdown and cleanup after each event.

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Previous experience in floral setups for an event company or hotel.
✔ Strong floral styling and arrangement skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to think quickly and resolve problems calmly under pressure
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
✔ A positive attitude and passion for creating unforgettable experiences
✔ Flexible schedule – must be available for evenings, weekends, and short notice
