Event Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and detail-oriented, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of event collateral and brand identity work. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative director, clients, and vendors to develop compelling visual assets that elevate both live events and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design custom visual elements for events, including three dimensional renderings, signage, props, menus, escort cards and branded décor
  • Create original, professional logos and brand assets that align with client vision and objectives
  • Develop cohesive visual themes and mood boards for events and branding projects
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors
  • Work collaboratively with the JW Design team to ensure all projects meet deadlines and creative standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2–5 years of professional design experience (event design and/or branding preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing event materials, logo/brand design, and print work
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Mastery of SketchUp
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills
  • Understanding of print production and finishing techniques
  • Ability to take direction, contribute ideas, and work independently
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with luxury or high-end event design
  • Basic motion graphics or digital design skills
  • Familiarity with vendor management and event production processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
