Event Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities to ensure that all aspects of the event meet our high standards and client expectations. The Event Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional events from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Manage all social and tavern activities
• Work with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies for events to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Upsell services and packages to clients to enhance their event experience.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within limits.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.
• Oversee guest services during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
• Coordinate logistics for all aspects of our events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

• Knowledge of fundraising strategies for non-profit events is beneficial.
• In-depth experience with Role Playing Games, Trading Card Games, Miniature Wargames, Board Games, and Tavern Games.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,400.00 per year
