Position: Event and Media Program Manager

Summary- As the Event and Media Program Manager, you will be a driving
force in creating compelling events and media campaigns that captivate startups and
investors. Your role will be instrumental in promoting our brand, attracting diverse startups and
investors, and establishing meaningful connections within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will
combine your event management, media expertise, and creativity to craft engaging experiences that
inspire innovation and drive business growth.
Responsibilities-
1. Event Strategy and Execution-
Develop a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with our objectives and
targets.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including webinars, conferences, demo
days, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics, content
development, and participant engagement.
2. Media Campaign Development-
Design and implement multimedia campaigns across various platforms to reach
startups and investors.
Create captivating content, including videos, articles, social media posts, and
graphics, to highlight our programs and success stories.
Leverage storytelling techniques to convey our value proposition and showcase the
impact of participating startups.
3. Startup and Investor Engagement-
Develop and nurture relationships with startups, investors, and industry influencers
to enhance event attendance and media coverage.
Collaborate with our network to identify potential speakers, panelists, and partners
for events.
Provide personalized assistance to startups and investors to ensure their seamless
participation in events.
4. Content Creation and Curation-
Generate high-quality, relevant content that resonates with startups and investors,
positioning our organization as a thought leader.
Curate industry insights, market trends, and success stories to share with our
audience.
Monitor and respond to feedback and engagement on social media platforms and
other media channels.
5. Analytics and Reporting-
Track and analyze the performance of events and media campaigns,
measuring engagement, reach, and impact.
Provide regular reports and insights to inform future event and media strategy.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content, engagement strategies, and
targeting.
6. Collaborative Outreach-
Collaborate with internal teams to align event and media efforts with business goals
and marketing initiatives.
Foster partnerships with relevant industry organizations, media outlets, and
influencers to expand our reach.
Qualifications-
Bachelor& degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced
degree is a plus.
Proven experience 3 Years in event management, media relations, content creation,
or related roles.
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the needs of startups and investors.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling storytelling and impactful content creation.
Proficiency in utilizing various media channels, including social media, blogs, video
platforms, and email marketing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-
paced environment.
Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to optimize event and media strategies.
Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.
