Requirements:

  • Prior experience in events or social media management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

  • Willingness to work weekends or extended hours during events.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of mall events, seasonal activities, and tenant-driven promotions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site operations.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and basic performance reporting.
  • Capture photos and videos of mall activities for digital and social media content.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, campaign assets, and simple design tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication with mall tenants regarding promotions, events, and marketing updates.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, documentation, and post-event reporting.
