Event & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Do you love creating experiences, connecting people, and bringing ideas to life? We’re looking for a Part-Time Event & Marketing Coordinator to help us produce events that support and grow the wedding and event industry here in the Central Valley.

We own GTE Event Group, Kapptured, Vows & Vendors, and The DJ Skool and we host everything from vendor meetups to industry mixers to workshops for engaged couples. If you’re organized, creative, and thrive in a role where you get to build things — this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Help plan and produce events (small meetups, mixers, workshops, etc.)
• Coordinate event details, timelines, communication, and registration
• Assist with event promotion on social media
• Work directly with our creative team on photos, video, and content
• Be hands-on during events: setup, greet guests, manage flow
• Bring new ideas, partnerships, and concepts to the table

Who We’re Looking For

• A self-starter who takes initiative
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Creative and excited about building experiences
• Comfortable learning new software/systems
• Great communicator and comfortable around people
• Event experience is a plus, but passion and energy matter just as much

Pay: $19.00 - $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
