Ascendtech Inc. is a dynamic, growing company seeking a creative, motivated Marketer to help us grow our brand presence across digital and social media platforms.

Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching photo and video content, managing our online marketing campaigns, and engaging our audience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. This role blends creativity, technical skill, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, services, and team activities.
• Create and post engaging content for social media, ads, stories, and reels.
• Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
• Track performance metrics and report on engagement, growth, and conversions.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and messaging.
• Assist with occasional print, email, and website content.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong photography and videography skills (including basic editing).
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and creativity.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in paid ad management or influencer partnerships.
• Graphic design or website content experience.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, plus potential performance bonuses.
Schedule: Full-time or flexible part-time depending on experience.
