Tasks

  • Managed large-scale events end-to-end, from planning through execution.

  • Developed and executed sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Turkish market.

  • Led direct sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding the customer base.

  • Managed product portfolios, including planning, market positioning, and lifecycle management.

  • Planned, coordinated, and delivered high-impact marketing campaigns and promotional events.

  • Oversaw and drove the growth of e-commerce initiatives.

  • Supported the Country Manager across strategic projects and sales development activities.

  • Represented the company as a confident public speaker at events, conferences, and presentations.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.


Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent education

  • Experienced manager with at least 7 years of work experience in Network-Marketing (Direct-Selling) and 3 years of leadership experience

  • Extensive knowledge of the local market, product management and licensing requirements, and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities

  • Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English languages
