Job Purpose:
The Event Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing all school events to enhance student engagement, promote school culture, strengthen parent relations, and support the school’s brand image.
Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and organize school events such as:
- Annual days
- Sports days
- Parents’ days
- Cultural programs
- Educational fairs
- Workshops and seminars
- Prepare event calendars in coordination with school management.
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost control.
2. Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate venue setup, seating, stage, sound, lighting, and decorations.
- Liaise with vendors (caterers, decorators, sound systems, photographers).
- Ensure availability of materials (certificates, banners, trophies, props).
3. Coordination with Staff & Students
- Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and student committees.
- Assign duties to staff and student volunteers during events.
- Ensure smooth execution on the event day.
4. Communication & Promotion
- Coordinate event announcements, invitations, and notices for parents.
- Assist in creating event content for social media, website, and newsletters.
- Coordinate photography and videography of events.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure events follow school policies, child safety standards, and discipline guidelines.
- Arrange security, first aid, and crowd management when required.
- Obtain necessary permissions from management or authorities.
6. Post-Event Activities
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
- Collect feedback from staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain records of events, expenses, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Education, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in school events or similar roles
- Experience working with children and school staff is an advantage
Working Conditions:
- Occasional weekend or after-school hours during events
- On-campus work with frequent movement during event days

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
