Key responsibilities
- Planning and strategy:
- Work with clients to understand their goals, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct long-term and short-term planning for events and sales.
- Develop and recommend event budgets, marketing plans, and objectives.
- Assemble creative and innovative event attractions.
- Vendor and logistics management:
- Research, negotiate, and secure venues and vendors.
- Manage and coordinate vendors, staff, and freelancers, ensuring they meet requirements.
- Handle contract negotiation, execution, and payments for vendors and staff.
- Manage logistics, including catering, travel, and accommodation.
- Create floor plans for events.
- On-site execution:
- Develop and manage the "run-of-show" document, including timing, speakers, and technical cues.
- Oversee the live execution of the event and manage on-site staff.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise during the event.
- Ensure all event-related activities comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
- Budget and finance:
- Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved plans.
- Process and finalize billing and payment paperwork for clients.
- Staff and team management:
- Train and supervise event staff.
- Create day-of roles and responsibilities plans for the team.
- Lead team meetings and provide direction to ensure smooth execution.
- Post-event:
- Oversee the dismantling and removal of event materials.
- Conduct post-event analysis and evaluation to identify areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
