Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to manage, design, and coordinate all aspects of events — from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences that align with the company’s goals and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, and social gatherings.

Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and other service providers.

Manage event logistics including setup, schedules, and on-site coordination.

Negotiate contracts and ensure all legal, insurance, and health and safety obligations are met.

Oversee event marketing, invitations, and social media promotions in coordination with the marketing team.

Monitor event progress and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

Maintain financial control by tracking expenses and ensuring events stay within budget.

Provide regular progress reports to management and suggest ideas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Event Planner, Event Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience managing large-scale corporate or luxury events.

Strong vendor network and industry contacts.

Knowledge of current trends in event design and production.
