Event Planner

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute high-end property events, open houses, and client engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design event strategies that generate leads and boost brand visibility.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics.
• Coordinate VIP experiences for clients, brokers, and partners.
• Ensure seamless execution from concept to completion with attention to detail and creativity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning, luxury events, or real estate marketing (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and client engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver premium experiences.
