We are looking for a creative and well-organized Event Planner to join our Catering Division. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a high-quality client experience aligned with our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage catering events (corporate, private, and outdoor events).
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, budget, and expectations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines.
- Supervise event setup, service flow, and breakdown.
- Manage suppliers, rentals, and event materials.
- Ensure brand presentation and service standards during events.
- Handle on-site problem solving and client communication.
Requirements-
2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in F&B or catering.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.

Good negotiation and supplier management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Proficient in Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
