Job Title: Event Production & Coordination Executive
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000
Location: Dubai
Availability: Full-time (6 months)
Driving License + Own Vehicle: Mandatory

What You’ll Do:
✨ Build smooth event flows, timelines, schedules, and checklists
✨ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, deliveries, and all logistics
✨ Support stylish setups, dismantling, and on-site event execution
✨ Assist with presentations, client decks, and Canva designs
✨ Work closely with the event, design, and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences

You’ll Shine If You’re:
✨ Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
✨ Great at multitasking and clear communication
✨ Skilled in Canva (creative eye is a bonus!)
✨ Based in Dubai and available full-time for 6 months
✨ Holding a valid UAE driving license and have your own vehicle

Preferred Background:
✨ Experience in events, production, or on-ground activation
✨ Prior exposure to coordination, logistics, or client support is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
