Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing event deliverables, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments for smooth event execution.
  • Prepare project timelines, checklists, and follow-up reports.
  • Support in managing event logistics including permits, bookings, approvals, and material requirements.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in site visits, rehearsals, and on-site support during event setup and execution.
  • Ensure accurate communication between operations, design, production, and client servicing teams.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as email communication, documentation, and coordination.
  • Maintain organized project files and event-related data.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in events.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support on-site event operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • UAE Valid Driving License.
