Role Overview
We are looking for an Event Sales Executive who is responsible for
selling and closing event projects
, managing client relationships, and converting leads into confirmed deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Manage inbound and outbound event leads

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs

Present event concepts, proposals, and quotations to clients

Negotiate scope, timelines, and commercial terms

Close deals and secure client approval and contracts
Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact during the sales phase

Build long-term relationships with clients

Manage expectations clearly before handover to production
-
Maintain professional, confident communication at all times
Proposal & Commercial Management

Prepare event proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
-
Ensure scope, pricing, and deliverables are clearly defined

Coordinate internally to validate feasibility and pricing
-
Secure signed approvals, LPOs, and payments before handover
Internal Coordination & Handover
-
Conduct clear internal handovers to the production team
-
Ensure all client requirements, timelines, and deliverables are documented
-
Align internally before committing to clients
-
Support production team during early project stages if needed
Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain an updated sales pipeline
-
Track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
-
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
