Event sales manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events that meet both client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with the operations and event planning teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in event sales, business development, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple projects.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the events and hospitality industry in the region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Creative problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
