Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for event management services. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with a passion for events and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their event requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations and event management teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote company services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience: 2–3 years in Event Sales (Preferred)
Language: English (Required); Arabic is an advantage
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
