Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the weddings and corporate events sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to event confirmation ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Develop customized event proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong database of vendors, suppliers, venues, and industry contacts to support event execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and referral partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and event consultations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the event operations team to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the event and hospitality industry.
