Job Purpose
To plan, organize, and oversee the execution of internal and external events, including setting objectives, preparing budgets, selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, managing logistics and setup, and executing event-related marketing campaigns. The role also evaluates post-event performance to ensure objectives are achieved and to enhance the quality of future events.
Duties & Responsibilities

Comply with approved policies, procedures, and regulations in line with local and international standards.

Adhere to safety and security standards to protect people and facilities.

Prepare detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, and required resources.

Develop and implement an event marketing plan in coordination with the marketing team.

Select and secure event venues and coordinate décor, equipment, activities, and participant transportation.

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

Arrange all technical and logistical requirements (sound, lighting, screens, seating, etc.).

Provide on-site supervision during events, handle emergencies, and report issues to the line manager.

Organize and supervise teams involved in execution and ensure smooth operations.

Manage guest entry/exit and monitor guest flow within the event.

Organize seasonal events such as holidays and special occasions.

Prepare comprehensive post-event evaluation reports (performance, achievements, challenges).

Measure attendee satisfaction through surveys and analysis tools.

Collaborate with HR on internal employee events and occasions.

Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, HR) for operational alignment.

Participate in initiatives to improve event planning and execution performance.

Maintain organized, confidential project documentation and records for easy reference.

Comply with the company’s Integrated Management System.

Ensure adherence to AKCC standards: ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
4–7 years of relevant experience.
Certifications (Preferred):
Lean Six Sigma – Yellow or Green Belt.
