Responsibilities :
To coordinate effectiveness, organization, and sponsorship in all conventional and digital media in line with Ford Turkey's marketing and communication strategies, and to develop the event strategy.
- To establish event and sponsorship strategies in line with the communication plans of the marketing department and design the customer experience of the overall event.
- To organize and manage communication activities and sponsorships according to the event strategy.
- To organize and implement Below-The-Line (BTL) activities for customers and dealers in collaboration with creative agencies and event management companies (including briefing, evaluation, budget approval, and reporting).
- To plan and execute events such as new model launches, exhibitions, roadshows, dealer meetings, incentive trips for dealers, sales and post-sales activities, sponsorships, and events that can create social media content.
- To stay in communication with the marketing team regarding event needs.
- To manage the venue where the event will take place, select and manage stand design companies, and coordinate equipment purchases.
- To identify speakers or special participants and handle all processes accordingly.
- To prepare necessary documentation for events (such as contracts, obtaining quotations).
- To stay in communication with the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to improve the organization's content.
- To coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of all activities throughout the entire process.
- To evaluate the entire process at the end of the event (including high-level reporting).
- To coordinate the selection and production of promotional materials that may be required for planned activities.
- To implement and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures and instructions in the responsible area.
- To implement and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001 Energy Management System procedures and instructions in the responsible area.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from Communication, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or Public Relations departments of universities, or having experience in the field of events on the agency-brand side.
- +5 years experience
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Possess analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
