Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event or dining experience
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and setup for events or restaurant service as needed
• Clear tables promptly and bus stations to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
• Support catering and banquet functions by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing event flow
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing needs promptly and professionally
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling safety standards
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Experience with banquet service, bussing, or food preparation is a plus
• Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role
