Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize event listings on Eventbrite, ensuring maximum visibility and attendee registration through targeted promotion.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance content appeal.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to refine marketing tactics.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to improve content discoverability across digital channels.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
  • Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to maintain consistent branding and manage relationship management efforts with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule posts efficiently using Buffer or Hootsuite, ensuring timely content delivery aligned with campaign goals.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with demonstrated ROI improvement skills.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces.
  • Ability to create compelling content including photography, videos, blog posts, and infographics that align with brand voice.

Excellent proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail in all communications.
