Events 3D Creative Designer

Role Description

We are looking for a talented Creative 3D Designer with a strong background in events to develop impactful spatial concepts and designs for a variety of event formats. This includes festivals, pavilions, exhibition stands, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of event storytelling through design, from conceptualization to final visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative 3D environments for events, including large scale festivals, immersive pavilions, exhibition booths, and branded corporate functions
• Translate briefs into high quality 3D visuals, floorplans, and walkthroughs
• Design temporary event structures with attention to guest flow, branding, and experiential elements
• Deliver mood boards, sketches, and full 3D renders to communicate ideas effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D design for events, including festivals, exhibitions, and corporate activations
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio to assess creativity skills
• Strong skills in lighting, spatial planning, and animation for event environments
• Ability to interpret client briefs and develop concepts that balance creativity and functionality
• 6+ years of experience in the event industry
