Events and Community Senior Lead

Responsible for leading, planning, and executing strategic events and community engagement initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, foster customer loyalty, and create memorable brand experiences.

This position requires creativity, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills - both internally and externally.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Develop and lead the end-to-end event strategy aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute events including product launches, activations, exhibitions, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Manage all logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event evaluation.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our Snoonu Influencers local communities, partners, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop community growth strategies including content, partnerships, and events that enhance user advocacy.
• Lead a small team or manage cross-functional stakeholders, freelancers, or agencies involved in event execution.
• Act as a brand ambassador and representative in public-facing roles during events.
• Analyze performance of events and community activities and report on ROI, engagement, and overall impact.
