Events and Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

The Events and Sales Executive supports the Events & Sales Manager in the conduct of venue hire and catering sales activities. This includes client relationship management, planning, stakeholder coordination, financial and legal aspects of the venue hire and catering sales process. The role requires proactive sales and client management in order to meet and exceed sales targets and maximize revenues.

Responsibilities:

- Develop sales plan for own portfolio of venue hire and catering customers

- Conduct proactive sales activity with a strong focus on customer relationship management and communication of Company venue hire/catering value proposition.

- Schedule regular sales calls with customer database and communicate to customers in a timely manner.

- Support Events & Sales Manager in fostering a culture of entrepreneurship within unit, with a strong focus on acquisition of new business and identifying opportunities for cross-selling into other areas of Business.

- Coordinate operational details of venue hire/catering bookings including but not limited to site visits, coordinating with stakeholders, generating proposals, securing approvals, preparing controlling expenditures within agreed budgets

- At least 4 – 5 years in hospitality Sector

- Preferred Arabic Speaker OR fluent in Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR12,300.00 per month

Experience:

  • Events: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Corporate Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
