Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing floral arrangements for events of all sizes, including weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and seasonal promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, floral preferences, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, timelines, and floral plan concepts.
• Coordinate all aspects of floral production for events, including design briefs, quantity needs, deadlines, and delivery logistics.
• Work closely with florists and designers to ensure floral arrangements meet client expectations.
• Communicate and follow up with vendors (venues, decorators, rental companies) to confirm details and timing.
• Attend event rehearsals and installations to ensure proper placement and presentation of floral designs.
• Maintain event records, contracts, invoices, and client preferences in the system.
• Support internal team communication to ensure smooth event execution.
• Respond to client inquiries and changes in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in seasonal marketing efforts and event promotions (e.g., holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day).
• Evaluate events post‑execution to gather feedback and prepare improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, retail, or floral industry preferred.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and peak seasons.
• Creative problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
• Knowledge of flowers and floral design basics is a huge plus
