We are on the lookout for a skilled and strategic Marketing Team Lead to join our high-performing team. The Marketing Team Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth..

Job Description:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to adapt to market dynamics.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement improvements for maximum effectiveness.
  • Event Management and Industry Collaboration: Strategically plan, meticulously manage, and flawlessly execute diverse events, including hosted, participated, and sponsored activities. Proactively seek out industry-specific events that align seamlessly with our organizational plans and goals. Our aim is to ensure not only the smooth functioning but also the impactful execution of each event, contributing to our overall success.
  • Brand Management and Publishing: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content for various platforms. Look for platforms to publish articles, posts and collaborate with external teams for effective brand visibility.
  • Event Outcome / ROI Tracking: Effectively and systematically assess and track the ROI of an Event in line with the internal process with the respective team members facilitating meaningful evaluation of each events effectiveness. Our goal is to measure the impact of events accurately, allowing us to continuously enhance our strategies and deliver valuable outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, Creative, Technical, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster strong communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management associated with various events and activities ensuring an on-time delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment. Provide regular budget reports and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports with key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and branding..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
