Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Plan and Manage Events:- Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of brand events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives across Nissan Middle East markets.
- Maximize budget efficiency & utilization through events planning phase.
- Ensure cross functional alignment is done with all stake holders & deliver local to regional validations.
 
- Creative Campaign Development:- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and develop creative assets for regional campaigns.
- Work on end-to-end creative development from briefing till campaign is dispatched to media, while working with media team to assess assets performance for the models in charge.
 
- Innovation & AI Integration:- Proactively explore, test, and recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies particularly AI-driven solutions that can enhance creativity, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Work on A/B testing opportunities through media campaigns to always test assets efficiency.
 
- Project Management:
 Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of the projects handled.
- Agency & Vendor Management:
 Oversee agency partners, production vendors, and other third-party providers to ensure quality, creativity, and efficiency.
- Performance & Reporting:
 Generate post-event reports and track creative performance across campaigns.
KPIs:
- Event & Activation Delivery:
 Seamless planning and execution on time and within budget.
- Post Event Satisfaction Score:
 Achieve an average post-activation satisfaction score of  8/10
- Audience Engagement Impact:
 Meet or exceed predefined engagement targets (e.g. leads, interactions, impressions) per event.
- Creative Excellence:
 Assets delivery on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding engagement benchmarks (e.g. CTR, video views, completion rates) per campaign.
- Marketing Innovation Adoption:
 Pilot and integrate a minimum of 3 new AI or tech-driven marketing tools annually, with at least 1 showing measurable efficiency or creative impact.
