Role: Events Customer Success Specialist

Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

Salary: AED 8,000 Per Month

Love That Design is looking for a high-energy, organized, and charismatic Events Customer Success Specialist to join our Dubai team.

This is not a desk-bound coordination role. You will play a central role in driving attendance, engagement, and experience across our UAE-based events while strengthening relationships within the Architecture & Design community. From invite strategy to on-site execution, you will ensure the right people are in the room and that every activation reflects our brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Curate and manage event invite lists from Love That Design’s A+D database
• Enrich and segment stakeholder data for UAE-based events and activations
• Drive the full RSVP lifecycle to ensure strong, relevant attendance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designers, partners, and event guests
• Coordinate with Videography, Editorial, and Marketing teams to support content capture and publishing
• Support on-site event execution and guest experience
• Manage vendor coordination, purchasing, and budget tracking
• Ensure every partner interaction reflects Love That Design’s brand positioning

Who You Are:

• Currently based in the UAE
• Confident and comfortable in professional networking environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple timelines and priorities
• Polished and professional in written and verbal communication
• Passionate about architecture, interior design, or the creative industries

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Events, Community, or Account Management
• Experience within the UAE market (design, media, luxury, or lifestyle sectors preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Driving License - Mandatory
