Job Description: An ambitious field leader capable of creating a collaborative work environment with branches and linking our activities to national and religious occasions to increase in-branch sales.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate and organize promotional events linked to national holidays, religious occasions, and public holidays to increase visitor flow.
- Coordinate with branches to cover their field activities and creatively document media for each branch independently.
- Lead negotiations and field visits to secure contracts for 13 new branches throughout the year.
- Skillfully document all events and occasions to provide the advertising division with necessary raw materials.
- Work directly to increase sales of existing branches by 10% to 15% through field-based activities.
Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and public relations skills with a strong ability for field persuasion.
- High capacity for logistical organization and managing public-facing events.
- Essential Condition: A valid UAE driving license.(Required)
