Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the annual event calendar, including corporate, brand, PR, customer, and internal events.
  • Define event objectives in alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Identify new event opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, venues, agencies, and other third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry vendors and partners for reliable and cost-effective service delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the events team, ensuring clear delegation, accountability, and development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture with a focus on creativity, ownership, and precision.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with creative, digital, PR, and content teams.

Event Execution & Operations

  • Lead end-to-end execution of events, including pre-event planning, on-site supervision, and post-event closure.
  • Ensure excellence in delivery, guest experience, brand representation, and logistical execution.
  • Manage event risk assessments, troubleshooting, and contingency planning.

Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide regular financial reporting, forecasts, and post-event reconciliations.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Drive attendee engagement and participation through targeted communication and activation plans.
  • Leverage digital, PR, and social media channels to amplify event reach and impact.

Post-Event Analysis & Reporting

  • Lead post-event evaluations including attendee feedback, KPIs, and brand impact.
  • Analyze event performance to generate insights and improve future events.
