Events & Marketing Manager
Location: Traders Village San Antonio
Schedule: Full-time, Friday–Tuesday (weekends mandatory)
Are you a creative, organized, and results-driven marketing professional who loves bringing people together through unforgettable events? Traders Village is looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to lead events, promotions, advertising, and digital engagement efforts that drive attendance and enhance the guest experience at our vibrant market. Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus.
What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute an annual calendar of events, from booking entertainment and talent to securing sponsorships.
• Manage digital and social media campaigns, including live event coverage and influencer partnerships.
• Oversee advertising efforts across digital, social, print, and on-site signage.
• Track event performance, attendance, and costs to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, General Manager, operations teams, and vendors to deliver successful events.

• Experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours during events.

Work Environment
This role combines office-based responsibilities with hands-on work in an outdoor flea market setting—be ready for sun, crowds, and plenty of energy.
