Job Summary:
The Events Operations Executive is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, vendors, staff, and clients. This role is highly hands-on and field-based, focused on delivering seamless event setups, service flow, logistics, and post-event wrap-up in line with company standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all operational aspects of events from confirmation to execution.
- Support event planning meetings and convert requirements into actionable operational plans.
- Prepare event timelines, manpower plans, setup layouts, and logistics checklists.
- Coordinate with internal departments (catering, FOH, housekeeping, security, transport).
- Be present on-site before, during, and after events to supervise operations.
- Oversee setup, décor, furniture, AV, catering stations, and service flow.
- Ensure events are executed according to approved plans and client expectations.
- Act as the main on-ground point of contact during events.
- Brief and supervise event staff (FOH, runners, supervisors, cleaners).
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and setup.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure professional conduct at all times.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are followed.
- Handle on-site issues, last-minute changes, and guest concerns efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and venue regulations.
- Prepare post-event reports, including feedback, issues, and recommendations.
- Support billing confirmations, attendance sheets, and operational documentation.
- Assist in improving SOPs based on event execution feedback.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in events operations, catering, or hospitality.
- Strong on-ground operational experience (setups, service flow, logistics).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- English is mandatory.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
